Jed Heuer and I were tasked with finding a way to give MasterClass members even more access to their legendary instructors. So we made the Direct Line.

Eight instructors picked up the phone at 1-833-MC-DIRECT over the course of seven days and spoke 1-on-1 with members for the very first time.

And we sure made a whole lot of work around it including nine full-page New York Times ads and video recaps on Instragram.

And I got to Direct Wayne Gretzky as he recorded the line’s call flow.
